  About the Author Dr.V.Balu, the author of the ‘baluguides’ is a Principal [retd] from a city college in Chennai. He is a Post-graduate in Commerce and Management and also a Doctorate in Commerce. During 2011, he got his D.Litt., in Commerce. His total teaching and research experience is 35 years. Initially, in the year 1993, he wrote a book on his research area “Entrepreneurial Development” for the benefit of the M.Com students of Madras University in the form of a guide. Then to cater to the needs of the average and non commerce and also the management students, he started writing the guides to the MBA students of Madras, Anna and other Universities for both regular and distance education. |
